Hospital can do the registration through Support PD Portal.

After, Registration?

Support PD adminstrator will receive email regarding the centre registration and review/enquire the registration

Centre Approved!

Admin will validate the centre registration details and approve the centre. An approve process will trigger email to centre registerer
Next, A new account will be created for centre registerer to manage their account.

Authorized centre can login and add doctors, care coordinator & patients
Next, A new account will be created for centre registerer to manage their account.
